Speed Development

FMCC Speed Development is a program which focuses on improving young athletes’ (between the ages of 12 and 18) power and acceleration.

Regardless of the sport they practice, power and acceleration training can make the difference in the performance of any athlete, hence, they are physical characteristics important for athletes to improve.

This program aims to train stronger, faster, and more agile athletes in addition to help prevent injuries and improve the understanding of sport discipline.
