Personalized Sessions

The type of training we offer at FMCC is based on 1-hour long personalized training sessions, where we implement detailed programs designed specifically according to the goals of each client, whether they are sport performance or physical health related.

We provide two types of sessions; individual or group sessions (no more than five people in order to retain personalized attention and goal tracing).

Sessions are offered Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.. Sessions are scheduled by coordinating client and trainer availabilities, and trainers are assigned based on the specific fitness objectives and medical histories and/or conditions of each client.

With regard to costs, FMCC does not charge registration or monthly fees. Instead, our rates are per session and vary depending on the training regimen and format (individual or group). We welcome you to contact us for more information about specific prices.
